HR leadership for companies that don't have HR yet.

Fractional HR support for founders and small teams: the systems, policies, and judgment calls a head of HR would normally own.

What I help with

Structure you haven't needed to hire for yet, delivered as a fractional partner. That's mostly founders and small teams. For larger, established companies, it usually looks like a specific system deployment, the kind of talent mobility program I built at Bloomberg.

01

HR Foundations & Compliance

Policies, employee relations, and risk mitigation built to hold up under real scrutiny, not just look good in a handbook.

02

Talent Acquisition Operations

Hiring processes efficient and consistent enough to survive a hypergrowth stretch, from requisition to offer.

03

DEI & Workforce Strategy

Hiring, development, and advancement systems that measurably improve representation, not just gesture at it.

04

Talent Pipelining & Systems

The ATS, vendor, and workflow decisions (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Avature) that keep hiring from turning into chaos as you scale.

Built inside the rooms most consultants only advise from outside.

I built first-generation diversity hiring infrastructure at Goldman Sachs. I designed Bloomberg's first global internal mobility program, reaching more than 3,000 employees. And I founded the talent function at a BCG subsidiary, scaling it from 65 to 200+ employees in 24 months while managing a $500K budget and a three-person team. I'm not advising from a slide deck. I've run the systems I'm asking you to trust.
